Brittany Brie Movement is a an umbrella for all of BB's movement classes + workshops in York Region. Her mission is to empower women to confidently move their bodies + build their confidence through Pilates + Dance. Brittany Brie is building a community where women feel supported and knowledgeable. BB's classes are for everybody + every BODY.

Looking to feel stronger, have more sculpted muscles, gain flexibility, better posture + sense of well-being? Pilates will get you there! Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that can be done with or without equipment (reformer or mat). Pilates involves slow + precise movements that target ALL areas of your body. Expect to sweat and work on breath control in every class.  In Pilates, the chance of injury is much lower than with other more strenuous forms of exercise, which is why it's great for pre + postnatal movement!
